Here at The Soy Hideaway we pride ourselves on only providing the best items we can produce ourselves by hand making the wax melts, candles, carpet freshener, shimmering crystals and resin items we have available for you. Same goes for any item we have suppliers for, we quality check, test and test again before anything is uploaded to our website.

As a small business, we ensure that every package is sent out with adequate bubble wrap, packing peanuts (which can dissolve under water) and secured tightly. 

In the event of any breakages or damage, proof via photos will be needed before either a replacement or refund is provided.

We have a 14 day returns policy, the 14 days starts once the item is shipped. Giving plenty of time for returns to happen. In the case of needing to return an item, postage cost will be covered by the buyer.

Wholesale Inquiries

We are well on our way to being able to provide wholesale on our Resin items. 

We are on the look out for any high-street retailers, small shops, salon's etc anyone who is willing to give our handmade resin items a spot in their shop.
